Job Description:

Join our team as a Warehouse Operative where you'll play a vital role in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Your hard work will be recognized and your contributions will make a difference in creating an efficient and productive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Order Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently during your shift
Delivery Management: Assist with booking in deliveries and organise stock into designated locations
Productivity Measurement: Achieve and quantify productivity levels, reporting any variances to your supervisor
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift checks and complete defect reports for all material handling equipment (MHE)
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety policies, maintaining a safe working environment
Stock Management: Participate in stock takes as instructed by your supervisor and keep an organised workspace

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage delivery schedules and stock levels
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Experience with productivity quantification and equipment maintenance
