Job Description:

This role involves assisting in the completion of the logistics process at IKEA Pasay City in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include performing Goods Flow tasks, contributing to daily operations, and following health and safety guidelines. Candidates should have 1-2 years' warehouse/logistics experience, strong attention to detail, flexibility, and time management skills.

Job Responsibility:

Perform the Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area, using IKEA systems and equipment to achieve an efficient goods flow process and data integrity, maximize stock accuracy and ensure the highest product availability for customers
contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation within assigned processes by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way
contribute to the agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team, involved in the goal-setting process
comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations, support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and/or security-related incidents in the store.

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing, what people want in their homes and in the IKEA product range
at least 1-2 years’ experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry
ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and organize tasks to make use of time efficiently, committed to delivering according to expectations
good attention to details in order to achieve accuracy
quick learner and knows how to ask questions when something is unclear
flexible in approach to daily tasks, can adapt to unpredictable situations, open to new ideas and changes in ways of working
enjoy working as part of the team but can also work independently.
