Job Description:

This role is responsible for assisting in logistics operations to ensure efficient goods flow, stock accuracy, and product availability while adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

Perform logistics tasks using IKEA systems and equipment
Optimize daily goods flow operations in a lean and cost-conscious way
Contribute to Goods Flow Team goals and processes
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines
Support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and security incidents.

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing
Forklift Certification or relevant skills in forklift operation
At least 1-2 years’ experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail for accuracy
Quick learner and proactive in clarifying uncertainties
Flexibility in approach to daily tasks
Team player but capable of independent work.
