Job Description:

This position involves working as part of the Goods Flow Team to optimize logistics processes and ensure stock accuracy, while adhering to health, safety, and security guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

Perform effectively the Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment
contribute to optimized daily goods flow operation within assigned goods flow processes
contribute to the agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team
comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules and regulations
support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and security-related incidents

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing
at least 1-2 years’ experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry
ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and organize tasks efficiently
attention to details to achieve accuracy
quick learner and knows how to ask questions when unclear
flexibility in approach to daily tasks
adaptability to unpredictable situations
ability to work both as part of a team and independently
