We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team for the opening of the hotel in the summer of 2026. In this role you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s and hotel’s standards.
Job Responsibility:
Describe and present menu items to guests in an engaging, knowledgeable manner
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with the kitchen for special requests
Ensure timely delivery of all orders
Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas
Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service
Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Assist with service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluency in English
Greek proficiency is an advantage
Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus
