Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee professional services and lifecycle delivery across EMEA and Latin America in a $380M revenue business with a team of 1,000 professionals, emphasizing customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and lifecycle services, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards
  • drive customer satisfaction, represent HPE at executive-level engagements, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • translate global goals into strategies, drive operational efficiency, and lead transformation initiatives
  • recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
  • manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for services delivery
  • collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to align delivery readiness with business solutions

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in service delivery management within IT or customer support
  • proven experience leading large teams across geographies and driving business transformation
  • expertise in ITIL/ITSM frameworks, project management, and customer-centric strategies
  • strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • willingness to travel (~25%)
