Job Description:

VP Product Development Management and Suitability role within International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB), supporting product development and governance activities across Suitability Framework and Product Development Oversight Process.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and formalize the Suitability Risk Management approach
Partner with Responsible Officers, Product PMs, Business Management and Regulatory Compliance
Act as a key driver in developing and enhancing the Suitability Framework
Develop risk assessment, monitoring and reporting tools
Partner with Product PMs and Channel Management Team to ensure compliance with suitability requirements
Develop and implement Suitability Framework including various tools and processes
Engage with IT to enhance effectiveness of system applications
Develop appropriate suitability risk control processes
Implement new GPB & Wealth Product Governance Framework
Align product governance framework and implement accordingly

Requirements:

University or above graduated
Good command in both spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Strong knowledge of banking business and products
Trust License and Financial Sense and Ethics are prerequisites
