VP Business Architecture

• Responsible for understanding the overall BA methodology
• Deep contribution to the delivery of multiple BA transformation programs
• Participate in BA operational model design including operational standards and procedures
• Provide inputs to transformation programs on required analytics, calculations, dashboards and workflows
• Perform deep-dives, peer reviews, & on the ground support for BA transformation requirements
• Serve as an SME for the organization
• Ability to analyze and derive insights from large amounts of complex information
• Communicate progress, status and highlight key risks and issues.

• 7+ years of experience preferred in a mix of the following functions
• Good practical analytical skills coupled with thorough understanding of technology development life cycle
• Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of senior stakeholders
• Meaningful knowledge of the risk management framework, including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governance
• Design of risk and controls / monitoring governance frameworks, policies and operational standards
• Experience working horizontally across an organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations of major policy and relevant risk programs
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent proficiency in data profiling and Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong ability to engage at the various management levels
• Broad knowledge and understanding of banking operations
• Comfortability providing and accepting independent review and credible challenge.
