This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a VP – Project Manager, Planning & Execution APAC. You will be responsible to manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also develop and manage project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects. This includes communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
Job Responsibility:
Manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards
Develop and manage project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects
Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners
Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise
Management of project budgets
Creation of reports on project progress
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated
Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication
Requirements:
Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in an Investment Bank environment involving front to back, cross functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience
Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines and multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment
Preferred background with Global Markets product knowledge, with deep understanding of front to back processes involved
Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile) is advantageous
