We introduce coordination ideas for Japanese homes that leverage the charm of Swedish design, helping more customers become interested in home furnishings and a more comfortable life at home. Job Responsibility:

  • Always keep the customer perspective in mind and propose store layouts that are easy to view and navigate
  • Plan promotional displays that showcase products attractively based on seasonal themes
  • Create and set up functional and beautiful showroom plans that inspire better living
  • Design and implement store layouts and product displays
  • Provide functional and aesthetically pleasing home furnishing ideas based on knowledge of interiors and living
  • Share insights about life at home with other departments to contribute to the business

Requirements:

  • You must reside in Japan and have valid work permissions
  • A design-based education
  • Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home
  • Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team
  • A passion for fast-paced, future-oriented retailing and the IKEA product range
