Job Description:

Lead the visual identity of a prestigious fragrance brand; build and develop engaging in-store experiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be the driving force behind the visual merchandising strategy, overseeing all aspects of in-store displays and installations. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact, bringing your creative vision and passion for fragrance to life. You'll directly influence the customer experience, shaping the narrative of this iconic brand.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the visual identity of a prestigious fragrance brand
build and develop engaging in-store experiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Implement and adapt visual merchandising guidelines across various store formats
Install captivating window and in-store displays for new product launches
Develop and deliver training programs for visual merchandising ambassadors in boutiques
Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute promotional events
Analyze display performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury experience preferred
Proven ability to create engaging and impactful visual displays
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Business-level English proficiency
Experience with training and development is a plus
Experience in project management of new store design is a plus
Japanese language proficiency (written and verbal)
