Job Description:

Virtual Server Engineer position at Bosch to operate and further develop the big and complex Virtual Servers Environment for EMEA and APAC based on Nutanix, working as part of a global 3rd level team.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and further develop Virtual Servers Environment for EMEA and APAC based on Nutanix
Be part of global 3rd level team
Work with Nutanix AHV and AOS
Troubleshooting complex issues and include vendor support if needed
Provide subject matter expertise for team and internal customers
Consult customers with special requests
Support team on operation activities like lifecycle or capacity management
Further improve environment

Requirements:

Technical knowledge in Nutanix advantageous
VMware administration experience
Proven analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Team orientated, willing to share knowledge and collaborate with peers
Nutanix or VMware certification advantageous

Nice to have:

Nutanix or VMware certification
Experience with Nutanix AHV and AOS
Willingness to learn new technologies
