Job Responsibility

Ensure all residences consistently meet Four Seasons cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
Deliver Homecare Services to homeowners in alignment with Four Seasons policies and expectations
Maintain superior standards of cleanliness in all residences participating in the Rental Program
Conduct inspections of residences and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly
Ensure all housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards are followed consistently
Support workflow planning and task prioritization during evening operations
Maintain clear communication with management regarding operational needs or concerns
Lead by example, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Provide all types of housekeeping services to the homeowners at Hualalai including but not limited to: dusting, mopping, sanitizing, vacuuming, polishing, laundry, ironing, sweeping, washing, and bed making
