At Foxtons, our Build to Rent (BTR) team is expanding, one of the fastest growing areas of our business - and we’re looking for confident, service driven Viewers to represent us across some of London’s most desirable residential developments. You’ll work independently, showcasing high quality apartments - many complete with gyms, lounges, rooftop terraces and concierge facilities - to prospective tenants. You’ll quickly become the expert on one or two key developments, getting to know the building teams, the area, and the available homes inside-out. Each day you should expect to be out on viewings for the majority of the day with one hour dedicated to being in one of our front offices giving feedback from applicants to the Foxtons team.
