Job Description:

You’ll bring our brands and products to life through bold videos and motion graphics moving people’s hearts and minds. You'll be a key player in our in-house Video & Motion practice, you’ll help concept, capture and execute video & motion content at scale. Typically projects include product launches, exclusive events, rider and partner success stories, investor presentations, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, champion, and enforce industry-leading motion design quality
  • Lead high-stakes projects, transforming complex information into clear, impactful motion narratives
  • Evangelize design within the organization and architect net new, scalable motion guidelines, principles, and component-based systems
  • Senior subject matter expert, leading project management and execution across Partner & Product Marketing, Communications, Growth, Partnerships, Policy, and Finance
  • Actively mentor creative peers
  • Lead the integration of AI tooling and emerging creative technologies into the motion design stack
  • Communicate ideas through research, user/customer journey, wireframes/storyboards, prototypes, and final production
  • Address audience pain points through approachable design

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in leading technology companies or high-growth SaaS/B2B organizations
  • Deep expertise in translating complex technical concepts into intuitive, high-impact motion graphics
  • Proven experience in designing, documenting, and implementing comprehensive motion design systems and component libraries for global brand scalability
  • Experience in generative AI, computational design tools, and real-time rendering pipelines
  • Technical stack mastery across Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D/Blender, Figma, and interaction design/prototyping tools
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, and a track record of successfully leading major cross-functional design initiatives

Product and UX/UI design knowledge is a plus for conveying features and benefits
