Job Description:

Temporary Video Editor position to support the editing and production of internal training webinars, preparing them for public release on YouTube. Transform raw webinar recordings into polished, engaging videos that meet YouTube standards and accessibility requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Edit recorded training webinars using Adobe Premiere Pro
Add branding elements, transitions, captions/subtitles, and visual enhancements
Ensure final videos meet YouTube standards and accessibility requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to understand content goals and audience needs
Export and format videos for YouTube and other platforms
Manage file organisation and version control
Suggest improvements to enhance video quality and viewer experience

Requirements:

Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and YouTube publishing standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience with captioning tools and accessibility best practices
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Experience editing educational or training content
Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Photoshop)
Understanding of organisational tone and branding
