Job Description:

We are looking for a Video Editor & Content Specialist with a strong eye for cinematic storytelling and performance-driven content. You’ll be responsible for editing long-form videos and breaking them down into high-impact short-form assets for marketing and paid ads. You’ll work closely with the Video Director and the creative team to produce content optimized for YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.

Job Responsibility:

  • Edit long-form video content (video podcasts, ads, studio shoots)
  • Create 30+ short-form assets per long video for marketing segmentation
  • Produce 1–3 long-form videos per week
  • Apply color correction & grading (cinematic look)
  • Optimize videos for different platforms: YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), TikTok
  • Manage ad assets and content clipping for performance marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet campaign goals

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve (color correction/grading)
  • Understanding of cinematic video styles & backgrounds
  • Experience editing content for ads and marketing campaigns
  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work within a marketing agency environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, light VFX)
  • Background in VFX or advanced visual effects
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients
