Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary, hands-on VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement to architect the systems, processes, and programs that drive revenue growth across new business and client expansion, partnering with marketing, sales, client services and finance. This leader will connect GTM strategy with operational execution—owning GTM revenue forecasting and analysis, pipeline management, data and tech infrastructure, GTM playbook orchestration, and enablement programs—to empower teams with the tools, insights, and structure they need to perform at their best and accelerate Wpromote’s growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building a Unified Revenue Engine: Designing and operationalizing the GTM systems and data infrastructure to enable an AI-powered, data-driven, and highly orchestrated go-to-market system that unites strategy, enablement, and execution under shared revenue outcomes
  • Driving GTM Forecast Accuracy & Insights: Leading pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and business performance analytics to enable data-driven decision-making for executive and functional leaders
  • Optimizing Processes & Systems: Architecting scalable workflows and automation across lead management, opportunity progression, and client lifecycle to enhance efficiency and conversion
  • Leading Revenue Enablement: Translating ICPs, personas, messaging, and positioning into actionable playbooks that sales and client teams can execute against
  • Operationalizing GTM Strategy: Translating business objectives into executable operating models, metrics, and accountability frameworks that drive clarity and consistency across teams
  • Managing & Developing Team: Leading a small, growing team and shaping the future structure of Revenue Operations & Enablement
  • Partnering Cross-Functionally: Collaborating with Transformation, Finance, and Data teams to align reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes that underpin company-wide revenue growth
  • Leading AI Strategy for GTM: Driving Wpromote’s AI strategy across go-to-market functions, including developing a GPT validation and rollout framework, establishing an AI knowledge-sharing process, and continuously identifying opportunities to unlock efficiency and innovation by transforming how Revenue Operations & Enablement teams operate
  • Incentive Compensation & Target Setting: Partnering with Sales and Client Services leadership, Finance, and People Operations to model, and manage commission plans and incentive structures. Lead the process for setting performance targets, tracking attainment, and ensuring accurate, timely calculation of payouts that align with company goals and promote performance accountability

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a tech-enabled services or agency environment
  • 4+ years of experience people management experience, including guiding and mentoring managers to enable a high-performing team and culture
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, analytics, and process design—paired with strong understanding of the GTM tech stack (Gong, Chili Piper, Seismic, etc.)
  • Proven success leading revenue operations transformation and scaling systems, forecasting, and insights in high-growth environments
  • Experience designing and executing enablement programs that drive adoption, consistency, and measurable improvements in performance
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across executive and functional teams
  • A “builder” mindset—comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and iterative improvement
  • Strong alignment with Wpromote’s values of collaboration, accountability, and growth mindset
