Vice President, Product Control Lead Analyst

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Finance industry trends
• Contribute to the directional strategy of the Finance function
• Evaluate and resolve complex issues and select the best action by weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely segment related data for U.S. financial statements, reports, and disclosures
• Provide guidance and oversee the Markets Controller team supporting Japan businesses in Manila
• Partner with Operations to understand and ensure the integrity of the end-to-end data flows and controls for the segment
• Ensure timely, accurate, and locally compliant financial, statutory, and regulatory reporting for Japan legal entities
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Evidence of robust control focus
• Experience in financial control, valuation of Fixed Income Product or related discipline preferable
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
