Vice President of Analytics

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Analytics function
• identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and automation to improve operational efficiency and business processes
• oversee and enhance the central Analytics function
• partner closely with engineering and other teams to define, design, and implement data infrastructure
• lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
• translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
• build strong relationships with executive leadership and department heads
• plan for and build out a data science capability
• oversee the development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.

• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in Analytics
• minimum of 3-5 years leading a central Analytics function within a high-growth SaaS company
• demonstrated experience in scaling an Analytics function and its underlying data infrastructure
• strong understanding of modern data infrastructure principles and technologies such as cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, ETL/ELT tools, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• highly analytical and strategic mindset with a proven track record of developing and executing data strategies that align with business objectives
• strong experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top analytical talent.

Experience leading or significantly contributing to AI and Automation (N8n) initiatives.
