The Vice President of Nursing is a senior executive role reporting directly to the CEO and is instrumental in embedding clinical expertise into strategy, innovations, and operations. The VP of Nursing will champion the nursing profession, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure solutions are grounded in real-world clinical insight. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of nursing and healthcare technology from a position of influence and purpose.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the clinical voice across product development, regulatory strategy, and innovation
  • Build and deepen partnerships with national professional organizations, boards, and Nursing leaders and participate in national forums
  • Lead the Nurse Advisory Committee and guide product excellence from a nursing perspective
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on nursing and regulatory trends

Requirements:

  • Licensed nursing professional with an advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) and an active, unrestricted professional RN license
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in nursing
  • Nationally respected leader with strong relationships across NCSBN, ANA, AONL, and others
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for innovation, equity, and advancing the nursing profession
