Vice President, Markets Program Execution and Transformation

• Supports day-to-day activities of running EU and UK based project/programs
• Apply Business Analytical skills to create impact assessments
• Supports creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log
• Stakeholder management including scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones
• Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
