Vice President, Institutional Credit Management - In-Business Quality Assurance

• Support the Head of FI In-Business Quality Assurance to set the global strategy
• Provide credible challenge during QARs to Business Region Heads and Portfolio Managers
• Ensure wholesale credit risks within Citi are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
• Perform consistent assessments during QARs
• Follow up on corrective actions raised during QARs
• Prepare quarterly Quality Assurance Scorecard Reports
• Interact with Analysts and Team Leads to ensure adequate QA protocols
• Establish WCR IBQA policies, procedures, risk assessment, and controls
• Stay abreast of changes to rules/regulations and industry news
• Support internal projects and initiatives
• Execute VOE initiatives

• 5-7 years in the areas of banking, credit risk management, loan review or quality assurance review
• Solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks
• Capability to understand complex counterparty credit product structures
• Strong background on core credit analysis
• High awareness and adherence to the control environment
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA) or related subject

Experience with derivatives and structured investment products
