Job Description:

Venue Manager position overseeing In-Room Dining, WET Bar, and Mix Bar operations at W Melbourne luxury hotel. Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and fostering team performance in dynamic restaurant and bar settings.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee In-Room Dining, Mix Bar, and WET Bar operations
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery

Ensure seamless IRD operations
Ensure Mix Bar maintains high standards in bar service and inventory management to drive profitability
