Job Description:

As a Ventilator Training Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales team and empowering healthcare professionals through product training, clinical insights, and hands-on support. This role is ideal for a licensed respiratory therapist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making an impact in healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert clinical support to the sales team through in-person and virtual product demonstrations, product evaluations, and implementations
  • Train and educate clinical staff on the proper use and benefits of CorVent’s respiratory care equipment
  • Support customer sites during product trials and adoption phases
  • Represent CorVent Medical at state and regional conferences
  • Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain documentation of training sessions, evaluations, and outcomes
  • Stay informed on clinical trends and competitive products
  • On call for customer support

Requirements:

  • Active Respiratory Therapy License (RRT)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Willing and able to travel frequently (overnight stays required)
  • Can sit or stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
  • Strong background in ventilation required
  • Prior experience in clinical education, product support, or sales support preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a clinical support or sales support role is a plus
