Job Responsibility:
Lead and participate in formal design verification activities for new multi‑standard radio hardware (NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)
Plan, develop and execute test cases to verify physical layer radio performance and conformance to 3GPP standards
Formally document test plans, procedures and results
present findings to stakeholders
Operate and maintain RF test equipment and the hardware development lab environment
help enhance lab capabilities and tooling
Work cross‑functionally with hardware, firmware, systems and test teams to identify, isolate and resolve issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes and the overall success of the Radio Verification team
Requirements:
Good understanding of RF concepts and experience using RF test equipment in a lab environment
Experience with radio performance verification for one or more of NR, LTE, WCDMA or GSM
Solid knowledge of 3GPP physical layer performance and conformance test standards
Solid understanding of basic communications theory and wireless system technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Strong team and interpersonal skills plus excellent written and spoken English
