Job Responsibility:
Craft clear, concise, and compelling UX content, applying e-commerce best practices to enhance user understanding and engagement
Lead comprehensive content strategy development for complex, high-visibility projects, defining messaging architecture and tone
Act as a content multiplier, empowering design teams through education and documentation of best practices in UX writing
Conduct thorough content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable business impact
Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously test, iterate, and optimize content solutions
Requirements:
7+ years of dedicated professional experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience in a B2C environment
Strong background in e-commerce content strategy
