Job Description:

The User Research team at Fever works to identify and implement improvements in the customer and partner experiences that Fever offers. Researchers use methods like surveys, interviews, and usability tests to create valuable data that answer business questions. The role involves collaborating across teams, applying solid research techniques, and communicating findings effectively to impact business and product decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and run user research using the right methods based on specific domains
Apply solid research techniques to gather meaningful insights from users or partners
Effectively synthesize, summarize, and communicate findings in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders
Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that inform and shape business and product decisions
Collaborate with other teams to influence priorities and shape what we work on next
