We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. We are a leading provider of enterprise integration platform solutions in the Identity & Access and HR Tech space, empowering businesses to connect their people data securely across disparate systems. As a UI Researcher and Designer at Elevate HR, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge enterprise integration applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of enterprise users interacting with integration platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually stunning interface designs
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback
  • Deepen your understanding of complex enterprise workflows and processes related to integration, and design user interfaces that optimize these processes while ensuring usability and accessibility
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design for enterprise software, and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance the user experience of our platform
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements to the user interface

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on enterprise business applications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
  • A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, particularly for enterprise applications, is required
  • Residence in or within easy daily commuting distance from Manhattan, NY
  • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future

Nice to have:

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
