Job Description:

12-month placement program working at the heart of TUI business with real responsibilities and chance to work on real projects. Opportunity to support delivery of user experience solutions across multi-national web portfolio to help customers find and book their dream holiday through simple, usable, engaging experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support delivery of best-in-class user experience solutions across responsive, multi-national web portfolio
  • Work collaboratively with UX colleagues, digital designers, and developers in Agile environment
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Build wireframes and prototypes across mobile and desktop breakpoints
  • Understand complex requirements and identify solutions that reduce complexity
  • Collaborate on Digital Research
  • Support delivery of Optimisation tests to increase conversion
  • Contribute to user-centred tools such as personas and journey maps

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSE grade 4 or C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Commitment to completing a placement year (starting in 2026) as part of your third year at university
  • Ideally degree subject in a creative subject (such as Fine Art) or Design
  • Analytical approach to solving problems and creating solutions
  • Natural drive to achieve both individual and business results with commercial focus
