2+ years of experience working as a 2D and 3D artist in the gaming industry or a related field
Strong proficiency in 2D art software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, …) for concept art, and illustration
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) with experience in modeling, texturing, and UV mapping
Strong art foundations, preferably with fine arts studies
Experience working with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting in both 2D and 3D spaces
Ability to create concept art, characters, environments, and props that translate from 2D to 3D
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment

Job Responsibility

Define and maintain the visual direction of our games, in collaboration with the game directors and leads from other disciplines

Create key art assets and visual benchmarks. This role includes hands-on artistic work at a high level
Help plan and prioritize the art team’s workload, balancing creative ambition with production needs
Ensure the artistic vision stays aligned across all areas: characters, environments, UI, and more
