Job Description:

We are currently looking for a business partner to join the unit management team and lead the unit People and Culture team in Giheung. As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to contributing to an engaging co-worker experience. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Implement the People plan for the store
Build and develop a robust relationship with the Market Manager and management team
Secure the store competence and development plan
Secure a succession process and plan
Lead and develop the store People and Culture team

Requirements:

7 years minimum experience of progressive Human Resources
3 years minimum experience as people manager
Strong knowledge of Korean labor law
Experience identifying, assessing, promoting, and ensuring employee performance
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Stakeholder management: very good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience of leading projects
Experience of translating strategies into concrete actions
