Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the People & Culture team to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
Support leaders in building competencies and creating a strong leadership culture in an inclusive environment
Secure an effective people planning process in collaboration with Business Navigation
Drive succession planning and talent development across the unit
Act as a strategic People & Culture business partner to the Unit Management and Service office team
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and effective co-worker relations management
Create an environment where co-workers feel proud of their work and inspired to achieve their best results

Requirements:

Experience in P&C or leadership role, ideally 2–3 years or more
Passion for people management processes, including talent development, succession planning, and labor law
Energetic, committed to people development, and a strong ambassador of IKEA’s values and culture
Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and influence others
Proactive, thrives both independently and in a team, takes initiative and responsibility for delivering results
Good understanding of behavior of local customers (CZHUSK)
Belief in business through people and finding always new ways how to make things simpler
Confident and clear communication in English and Czech/Slovak language
