Unit Facility Management Manager

• Ensure each property is managed throughout its lifetime, including safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement
• develop team’s competence and performance and ensure a succession plan
• oversee long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting within the FM scope
• implement and evaluate supplier contracts at unit level to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality
• manage relationships with business owners to meet business needs, collect requirements, set annual goals, and conduct periodic follow-ups

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position
• minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers
• proven skills in developing people, providing support, coaching, training, and career direction
• ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language and basic English
• experience in a facilities management organization, preferably in a high-volume retail sector
• academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent) (an asset)
