Job Responsibility

Support, review and provide constructability feedback on the completion of engineering specifications for construction and supply contracts for assigned projects
Supporting to review construction schedule that incorporate information from system design and engineering, plan to accomplish project goals and provide leadership to the project teams, external contractors, supply chain and reporting project management and company management. Critical path management
Maintain familiarity with contracts and documents to ensure that work is executed in accordance with Company´s expectations and that the work fulfils contractual requirements
Supporting to develop effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, engineers, landowners, consultants, local authorities, and team members to ensure
Daily construction, prestart plan and work orders planning for the project
Monitor and oversee civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work at the project site to ensure it meets contractual obligations
Ensure projects are built according to plans created and submitted as well as to their standards
Review all contractors’ QA plans, PPIs & procedures and bring all plans into conformance with project requirements, supported by the project team
Supporting to review plans and procedures periodically and institute changes if necessary
Supporting to review of projects on a day-to-day basis against the progress milestones

Job Responsibility

Supervise and manage underground cable installation and replacement work
Conduct site surveys before, during, and after projects, reporting findings to the Project Manager
Plan works within the electrical/civils sector
Efficiently allocate staff and resources to meet project deadlines
Compile job packs and ensure teams are properly briefed before work begins
Submit necessary permits and approvals (PAIs)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations
Motivate and support field staff to maintain high work standards
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications
Keep detailed site documentation and report updates to project management

Performs skilled technical work in the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of underground systems, including water main, sanitary and/or storm sewer systems
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste disposal systems
Possesses a strong familiarity with plumbing codes, both nationally and locally
Position, align, cut, join and fuse pipes together using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering sealants or welding equipment
Measure distances, set elevations and install pipe to grade as defined in drawings and specifications
Practices preventive maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment
Procures materials, tools and rental equipment at specified times to conform to work schedules
Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, engineers, contractors, inspectors, material suppliers and/or equipment dealers to resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems
Inspects or reviews work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications, schedules and safety compliance
