Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI & UX Designer to join our dynamic team remotely in India. As a UI & UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces that align with our business goals and user needs.

Job Responsibility:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into user-friendly designs
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
UI Design: Design visually appealing, responsive, and consistent interfaces adhering to brand guidelines and design principles
UX Optimization: Develop user flows, journey maps, and usability strategies to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement designs
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refine designs accordingly
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions
Design Systems: Build and maintain comprehensive design systems for consistent implementation across platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Proven experience (1+ years) in UI & UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design handoffs (coding skills are a plus)
Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote work settings

Nice to have:

Experience with motion design and animations (e.g., After Effects, Principle)
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Exposure to working on global or large-scale projects
