To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven UA Team Lead (all type of contracts) to join our UA/Monetizing team. As UA Team Lead, you will manage dynamic projects on schedule and on target, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UA specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement and work closely with internal and external partners to drive a direct impact on the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic UA Planning & Execution: Design and implement robust user acquisition strategies for each game’s vertical, that are aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving growth, player retention, gross margin and engagement
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly review performance metrics across all UA campaigns and channels of each UA manager, make informed decisions and real-time adjustments to enhance campaigns effectiveness and player acquisition while educating the team
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work in close coordination with Product, Creative, and ASO teams to ensure user acquisition strategies align with broader project goals and result in successful campaigns. Improve cross-teams communication and processes
  • Product & tools development: Improve the automation strategy and capabilities by working on product feedback and sharing features enhancements for the several automation, prediction and forecasting tools
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Challenge and contribute to the development and improvement of the Internal BI, Data Analysis and Reporting dashboards to improve Strategic visions, reporting and help with Management decisions
  • M&A audits & Due diligence: Participate with the leadership team in the inorganic growth acquisition strategy across publishing, but also games & studios M&A strategy
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor the latest gaming UA, Growth & Creative industry advancements, technologies, and trends to keep the strategies innovative and relevant, ensuring the company maintain a competitive edge. In this objective, create and cultivate solid relations with other top gaming publishers and Head of and VP executives as well as POCs of all the main UA channels. Participate in industry events as panel speaker and representative of the company
  • Embrace Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies, channels, and methods to stay at the forefront of UA practices, continually improving acquisition efforts and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a senior user acquisition role within the gaming sector, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
  • English native or fluent: excellent written and oral communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics, applying insights to optimise user acquisition strategies and performance outcomes. Be able to work with our Data science team on long term projections and break even up to 12 to 18 months
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive and clear communicator and a team player
  • Data-driven and Growth mindset – excellent analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to drive actionable insights and initiative
