Türkiye Investor Services Country Lead

• Manage a team of Product Managers and/or multiple teams
• Drive and support new business growth
• Provide local support for opportunities
• Identify and support sales opportunities
• Support client implementations and onboarding processes
• Hold financial control and budget for the country
• Identify and run initiatives to increase revenue and reduce expenses
• Leverage local knowledge of clients' and infrastructure
• Put client needs at the forefront
• Act as escalation point for client related issues
• Work with operations team to eliminate root causes of service issues
• Introduce new products and/or improve product functions
• Comply with risk and compliance policies
• Represent Citi in the market
• Attend market meetings
• Maintain close relationships with market regulators and market infrastructures

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to assume franchise ownership of the Türkiye custody product
• Relevant experience in Custody business with extensive knowledge in capital markets, market infrastructure
• Functional experience in marketing and product development
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Proven prior track record in a similar position
• Proven intellectual grasp of the industry
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Turkish languages

Master's degree preferred
