Job Description:

Join TUI as a Czech-speaking Service Support Rep to assist and delight guests in Antalya, Turkey. Work in an onsite setting, creating unforgettable service experiences while collaborating with international teams. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for our guests, make them feel welcome and happy, building a strong connection with each one
engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
effectively manage changes and challenging scenarios, providing crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations
ensure guests receive appropriate care and help, including face-to-face interactions when needed
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners from all over the world
monitor progress with sales and/or service updates as well as guest feedback
celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
speak English and Czech language
a friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
a quick learner ready to master the technology and tools needed
turning challenges into opportunities and remaining calm under pressure
excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments using multitasking and organizational skills
communicate clearly and effectively
fully conversational in English and Czech
depending on the role you need to hold a valid driving license
