Job Description:

Combine your passion for travel with work as a Service Support Rep, handling guest interactions and providing support while embracing the diverse culture at TUI.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
make guests feel welcome and happy
engage with guests to identify their needs and offer recommendations
manage changes and challenging scenarios
provide face-to-face support when needed
collaborate with colleagues and suppliers
monitor sales and service updates
celebrate successes in meeting targets and solving problems

Requirements:

EU passport
willingness to relocate for the duration of the summer
conversational in Czech or Polish
additional languages helpful
valid manual driver's license
minimum age of 21
