TUI Sales Rep

• Drive Revenue & Margin through 1:1 sales, welcome meetings & personalised recommendations on TUI Experiences
• help maximise sales opportunities by uncovering guests needs and matching them with TUI’s Experiences
• responsible for meeting your sales objectives and tracking your performance using our Digital tools & platforms
• support our guests by answering questions, helping them use our App and website for experiences booking and service-related needs

• EU passport
• willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season to Türkiye
• speak Polish plus ideally another European language
• highly motivated, target driven & sales focused
• friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
• digital know-how
• flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• ability to work well both independently and as part of a diverse team
• fully conversational in Polish
• valid manual driver's license
• minimum age of 21
