Job Description:

Join TUI as a Hotel Rep located in South of Fuerteventura, Spain. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, promoting and selling experiences, and collaborating with global teams. Offer includes competitive salary, commission opportunities, benefits, and professional development programs.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests, making them feel welcome and happy
Engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively to meet sales targets and boost revenue
Handle changes and challenging situations effectively to provide the best possible service
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners globally
Monitor progress with sales and service updates, as well as guest feedback

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain and live in South of Fuerteventura
Fluent in English and German
Hold a driving license
Own a car
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner able to use necessary technology and tools
Highly motivated and target-driven
Able to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues creatively
Communicate clearly and effectively
Additional languages would be a great asset

What we offer:

Basic salary starts at 20,600 € gross/year
Average commission potential starting from 200€ - 600€ per month with no upper limit
Company iPad and uniform provided
39-hour work week with 2 days off
