Job Description:

Join TUI's team of Hotel Reps in Ibiza, Spain. Provide exceptional guest experiences, promote TUI's products, and exceed sales targets while embracing TUI's diverse culture and sustainable initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
build strong connections with guests
identify guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations
promote and sell experiences effectively
exceed sales targets
handle challenges and changes effectively
collaborate with colleagues and partners globally
monitor progress with sales and service updates
celebrate successes

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
live on Ibiza
speak English
speak Dutch or German
possess a driving license
own a car
be technology proficient
target-driven
excellent communication skills
ability to remain calm under pressure
ability to resolve issues creatively

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
familiarity with TUI products and services
