Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps in Bayahibe, Dominican Republic. Create special moments for guests while promoting and selling our experiences. Engage with guests from around the world and collaborate with a diverse team. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
make guests feel welcome and happy
engage with guests to identify their needs
offer tailored recommendations
promote and sell experiences effectively
handle changes and challenging situations
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor sales and service updates
monitor guest feedback

Requirements:

Right to work in Dominican Republic
speak English and German
driving license
dedicated to making guests happy
quick learner
motivated and target-driven
ability to remain calm under pressure
clear and effective communication skills
ability to adjust communication style
confident presenting in front of an audience
