Job Description:

Join TUI as a Hotel and Service Support Rep to assist guests, promote experiences, and ensure exceptional service. This is a customer-facing role requiring empathy, adaptability, and effective communication. Opportunities for growth and a dynamic work environment await.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
promote and sell experiences effectively
handle changes and challenging situations
provide crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor progress with sales and service updates
celebrate successes in meeting sales and service targets

Requirements:

Live close to Olbia
have the right to work in Italy
speak English or German
additional languages are a great asset
for Venice (close to area of Lido je solo) hold a driving license
fully conversational in English or German
friendly and empathetic
quick learner
ready to master technology and tools
motivated and target-driven
handle changes and challenges effectively
organizational and multitasking skills
communicate clearly and effectively

Nice to have:

hold a driving license (for Venice area)
