Job Responsibility:
Respond to guests via phone, email, SMS, and messaging
resolve issues and complaints with empathy and care
collaborate with AI tools to deliver support
work on rotating shifts
collaborate with global suppliers and TUI teams to resolve problems.
Requirements:
