Job Description:

We are seeking friendly individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Representatives in Palma de Mallorca. As the face of TUI at the airport, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth airport operations, and create memorable experiences for our guests. You must be fluent in English and Polish, have the right to work in Spain, and enjoy a fast-paced teamwork environment. Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
create special moments for guests from arrival to departure
handle changes and challenges in a busy airport environment
manage all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers
deliver speeches on buses before transfers
monitor service updates and guest feedback
celebrate successes and solve problems effectively
represent company values and maintain professionalism

Requirements:

Fully conversational in English
plus Polish
a friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
dedicated to making guests happy
a quick learner ready to master the technology and tools
enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
flexible schedule, including daytime and occasional night shifts
remains calm under pressure and resolves issues creatively
has the right to work in Spain

Nice to have:

speaks additional languages like Danish

Basic salary starts at €20,800 gross/year (€21,900 gross/year if Polish speaker)
