Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and welcoming individuals to join our team of Airport Reps in Spain. As the friendly face of TUI at the airport, you will ensure smooth airport operations, handle challenges, and create memorable moments for our guests. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills in English and ideally German or Dutch.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
ensure smooth airport operations for arrivals, departures, and transfers
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor feedback and service updates
meet targets and resolve issues
represent company values professionally

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
speak English
speak German or Dutch
friendly and empathetic

flexible with schedules

Nice to have:

Speak both German and Dutch

What we offer:

Basic salary starts at 20,800€ gross/year
salary of 21,900€ gross/year for English plus Dutch or German
