Job Description:

Exciting travel and tourism role providing exceptional service as an Airport Rep. Opportunity to combine passion for travel with work, creating unforgettable moments for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
answer guests’ questions fully
ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
celebrate successes
represent company values and professionalism

Requirements:

EU passport
willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season
conversational in English and ideally German, Norwegian or Polish
friendly and empathetic individual
dedicated to making guests happy
quick learner
enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
flexible with rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
able to proactively identify and resolve issues creatively before they escalate

Nice to have:

German
Norwegian
Polish
