Job Description:

A position as part of TUI's diverse team of Airport Reps, ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations while warmly connecting and assisting guests from their arrival to departure. Growth opportunities and additional benefits as part of TUI's supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
answer guests’ questions
ensure smooth airport operations
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
represent company’s values and culture
maintain professionalism and enhance guest experience

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
live close to the airport
speak English
ideally speak Dutch or German
conversational French is beneficial

Nice to have:

French

Basic salary starting at 20.800 € gross/year
